Current and past members who are renewing their membership can download the 2010 Membership Application form at http://www.ipscbc.com/2010app.pdf.  New members should read about our Black Badge Training Course at http://www.ipscbc.com/blackbadge.php.  Completion of the Black Badge Training Course includes your first year's membership.
