We have confirmed Sunday July 30th 1-5pm at the River Rock Casino in Richmond for Rich. It will be held in their Theater. There will be cocktail tables setup for a mix of seating and open spaces for mingling. There will be speakers giving tributes, a multimedia slideshow, and an open mike at the end for anyone else that wants to tell funny stories about Rich. Light refreshments and snacks will be available self-serve.
We encourage people to wear shirts/jerseys that represent their sport. Rich loved to participate in all the sports and this will make for a colorful gathering.
There will be a kids corner with arts & crafts, and movies for kids. Note: children must be attended by parent / guardian at all times
There is free parking in the West Parkade, Level 2 and higher.
Skytrain Transit Parking is directly across from the River Rock Casino at a cost of $2.50 for the day Valet parking will be available for $11 (you need to tell the valet you are attending an event in the Theater) Do NOT park in the East parking lot. That is a private parking lot that is monitored and parking fines are issued to unauthorized parking.

While we're still waiting for more information about the 2017 AGM which IS happening on the weekend of the Provincial Championships (June 30-July 2), we can tell you that the 2017 AGM resolutions page is now accessible online.
Once again, only individuals who are in attendance at the AGM will have their resolutions read and possibility voted on. Mover and seconder must be current members of IPSCBC and both will be required to affirm their willingness to act as mover/seconder by email.
This year, we have made some improvements to the email system, and you should find your emails are not directed to your spam folder by your email server. Furthermore, you can add formatting to your submissions which should make it easier for them to be published by the Resolutions Committee.
The resolutions committee this year will be comprised of Alastair Hesp and Ron Brady.
Resolutions must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the Provincials or they may not be inlcuded.
